BCL are contracted to complete the civil engineering package on the National Forensic
Mental Health Hospital, a new 32acre state of the art facility which will replace the Central Mental
Hospital in Dundrum.
This mixed-use development consists of apartments, shops and a community centre. BCL completed the insitu concrete package which includes a large basement split over 2 levels, single sided retaining walls, insitu podium slab, screeds, insitu balconies and rising elements.

The new Garda Divisional Headquarters consists of a 2-3 storey building with flat roofs along the west boundary, a 5 storey building with flat roof and curved street elevation along the east boundary and a connecting glazed atrium.
